2. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page or file, the referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, and the response status.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, to detect technical faults, and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the secure, stable and efficient operation of this website. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Local storage on your device

The website uses local and session storage only for functions requested by you: remembering your sound preference and restoring navigation state within the project experience. These values remain in your browser and are not used for analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.

The storage is technically necessary to provide the selected website functions. It is therefore used in accordance with § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can delete these values at any time through your browser settings.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, including your contact details and message, to respond to your request. Where your request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and maintaining professional communication.

We delete the data when the matter has been resolved and no legal retention obligation or overriding legitimate interest requires further storage.

5. Newsletter requests

The newsletter field on this website opens your own email program. Entering an address on the website does not itself send data to us. If you send the prepared email, we process your email address and your request on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@360company.ai. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We use technical service providers for hosting, delivery and email communication. They process personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant service and, where required, on our documented instructions. Public authorities receive data only where we are legally obliged to provide it.

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, a transfer takes place only in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erase data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • receive data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR), and
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for our registered office is:

Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen
Kavalleriestraße 2-4
40213 Düsseldorf

8. Changes to this privacy information

We update this privacy information when the website, the services we use or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
